Booking fees apply when booking online. Seniors / Student / Concession rates are only applicable upon presentation of a full-time student card, a Government issued Seniors card or Concession card. Concession rates apply to All tickets are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Festival Pass terms:

  • Passes are valid for one person and restricted to one ticket per session.
  • Passes are not valid for opening and closing night.
  • All tickets and passes are non-refundable.
  • Festival passes are for exclusive use of the voucher holder.
  • Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Passes will not be valid for future festivals.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PASS FOR TICKETS

Once you’ve purchased your 5 Film Festival Pass, follow the below steps to redeem it.

Online

  • Select the session you would like to attend
  • If you are a Club Dendy Member and bought the Club Dendy 5 Film Pass, sign in to Club Dendy before proceeding.
  • Enter your voucher code before selecting a ticket
  • Add your desired tickets to the cart, select seating and proceed to checkout
  • Complete the payment screen to complete your booking Note: booking fees apply for all online bookings.

In Cinema

  • Present your festival pass barcode at the box office (you may be requested to show ID)
  • Let our staff know your preferred sessions. They'll do the rest!
